Sofra Makdoos Tablecloth - 250 x 150 cm
Hand Printed Linens by Fabriq
Hand block-printed · Belgian linen · Sofra collection
Fabriq — meaning to create in Arabic — is a textile studio founded by Stephanie Nehme, rooted in craftsmanship, storytelling, and the quiet abundance of Lebanon’s land. Inspired by the country’s culinary heritage, agricultural rituals, and the bonds formed around shared meals, Nehme brings vibrant, heartfelt scenes to life through hand-carved, block-printed textiles.
Sofra, meaning feast or spread, is Fabriq’s latest collection — a tribute to Lebanese food traditions, from mezze gatherings to mouneh (the ancestral art of food preservation). Each illustration is block-printed by hand using water-based inks on deadstock Belgian linen, bringing to life joyful hands preparing, preserving, and sharing. The result is a collection that honors generosity, rootedness, and the everyday poetry of the table.
Crafted slowly and intentionally, these pieces are made to be used, gifted, and cherished — adding warmth and meaning to contemporary living.
